Shipping Policy

Pip & Parcel plans to offer free shipping worldwide. Available destinations and shipping options for your address will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are prepared by our third-party fulfillment partner and may dispatch from China. The expected processing time is 1-2 Days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4-5 Days for the United States, 4-5 Days for Canada, and 6-7 Days for Australia. These ranges must be confirmed for the actual shipping method; processing and transit are separate. Carriers, customs, weather, and local delivery conditions can affect arrival.
After dispatch, we will email tracking information when it is available. If a tracking link has not updated or your order is late, contact support@pipnparcel.com with your order number. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated date and available cancellation/refund options as required by applicable law.
Because the advent calendar is intended to begin on December 1, an order cutoff for expected pre-December-1 delivery will be stated separately for each country once confirmed. An order placed after that cutoff may arrive after the countdown has begun. No arrival-before-December-1 promise is made without a published, supportable cutoff.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact support@pipnparcel.com promptly. We can request a correction before dispatch, but cannot guarantee rerouting after a parcel is handed to a carrier.
