This online store is operated by Pip & Parcel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply when you visit our store or purchase from us. You can contact us at support@pipnparcel.com.
Products and orders. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and shipping options are displayed on the store. We aim to keep them accurate, but may correct an error before accepting or fulfilling an order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including if an item is unavailable or a material error has occurred. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Price and payment. The total price, shipping charge, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout before you submit payment. Prices may change for future orders. Any promotion or bundle is subject to its displayed terms and cannot be applied retroactively unless we say otherwise. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Delivery and returns. Our Shipping Policy explains available destinations, charges, and delivery information. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains change-of-mind returns and how we handle problems with an order. Those policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the site. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use the store lawfully. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the site. Content, branding, and original materials on the site belong to us or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party services. Shopify hosts the store and third-party providers may process payments, fulfill orders, or deliver parcels. Their own terms may govern services they provide directly to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
